Rupiahtoto Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the rupiahtoto platform. Please read it carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the rupiahtoto platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using our platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and rupiahtoto ("Platform", "We", "Company"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are aware of the latest terms in effect.

This platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of this service is lawful under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on rupiahtoto. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration or at any point thereafter may result in account termination without a refund of any remaining balance.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. rupiahtoto will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Never share your account password with anyone.
  • Use a strong password that combines letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
  • Keep your account information up to date whenever your personal details change.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a rupiahtoto user, you agree to comply with all platform rules and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the platform's integrity, security, or reputation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where applicable:

  • Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technical means to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other users to cheat or manipulate the platform's systems in any way.
  • Transferring funds between accounts without platform authorisation.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
  • Attempting to access areas of the platform not intended for public access.
  • Abusing the bonus or promotion system beyond the limits specified in each offer's terms.

Rupiahtoto reserves the right to monitor account activity for fraud detection and to ensure compliance with these terms. Any violation detected will be acted upon promptly.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the rupiahtoto platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports approved local payment methods, including online bank transfers and e-wallets listed in the deposit section of your account.

Approved deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. rupiahtoto is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

For withdrawals:

  • Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same account holder's name.
  • Identity verification may be required before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take up to the timeframe stated in the platform's help section.
  • Rupiahtoto reserves the right to place a hold on or investigate any withdrawal request deemed suspicious for the purpose of financial compliance.

Any taxes or charges imposed by the relevant authorities on your transactions are entirely your responsibility. The platform bears no liability for any tax obligations arising from your use of our services.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Rupiahtoto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform. The platform's maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

The platform does not guarantee that its services will be available at all times without interruption or error. Losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's control are not claimable.

Account Suspension & Closure

Rupiahtoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons without prior notice:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other suspicious conduct.
  • Requests from relevant authorities or as required by law.
  • Account inactivity exceeding the period specified under the platform's policy.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, the platform reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Appeals may be submitted to our customer support team along with a written explanation and any relevant supporting evidence.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the rupiahtoto platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform and are protected under applicable laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from management.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

We do not control the content or policies of those third-party sites and accept no responsibility for any content, privacy practices, or losses arising from your use of them. Changes to Terms

Rupiahtoto reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
